In general, NetRico reserves the right to refuse hosting services or remove content from the servers it maintains or uses for any reason and at its sole discretion. Specifically, any sites or content that promote illegal activity or may cause damage to the servers we maintain or utilize, any other server or facility on the Internet, or the assets of any internet users are strictly prohibited. Links to any such material or content are also prohibited.

Specific to any FREE HOSTING services provided by NetRico, we reserve the right to retain all access to the sites and servers involved.

Attempts to damage any servers utilized by NetRico or attempts to harm any customer of NetRico are prohibited. Service cancellations due to any violations of the terms presented here will be done so without refund.

BILLING FOR MONTHLY OR ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS
On the due date for any monthly or annual service agreements, NetRico will bill the client according to the agreed method. Failure to make timely payments may result in immediate termination of all accounts and services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers wishing to cancel any accounts or services must provide 30-days advance notice to NetRico. No partial refunds will be made in the absence of this required notice.

DOMAIN NAME PARKING AND MONETIZATION SERVICES
NetRico.com, NetRico S. R. L. or its principals make no claims or warranty with regards to actual client profits generated from parking sites, mini sites, domain sales pages or any other products and services we provide. Any claims of damages shall be limited to termination of such products or services without refund.

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND OTHER CREATIVE SERVICES
NetRico.com, NetRico S. R. L. or its principals shall not be held responsible for any errors resulting from client-provided materials. Any such claims of damage shall be limited to termination of products or services without refund.

GENERAL WAIVER OF LIABILITY
NetRico.com, NetRico S. R. L. or its principals shall not be held liable for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from the servers it maintains or uses being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, NetRico.com, NetRico S. R. L. or its principals shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from the servers it maintains or uses. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

DISCLAIMER
NetRico.com, NetRico S. R. L. or its principals will not be held liable for system down time, malfunctions or data loss. We will not be held liable for any claims of losses based on any server malfunctions affecting a customer’s website. Some services provided by NetRico are done so via reseller agreements and/or may be contracted through 3rd party service providers. Therefore, certain hardware, software and content used in the provision of our services are not directly owned or developed by NetRico.com, NetRico S. R. L. or its principals.

NetRico.com reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimers without prior notification. We further retain the right alter pricing and service details with no prior notification.
